Great Book June 3, 2010 R. Bharti (VA) I recently got married and when you imagine everything to go perfectly, I started having frequent fights with my husband. I decided to work on myself and started looking for books that could help me think in a right direction and teach how I can control my emotions and think constructively. This book really helped me understand many things that I did not know before. Now I am very watchful about how I behave and think and this book reminds me of all the things that I think about how to not get into fight and just calm myself, negate my negative thoughts before they come out. This is a great book and I advise everybody who are having difficulty understanding how one can fight with someone whom you love so much and you don't know from where these negativity is coming from.
Now I See... February 3, 2010 Lauren D. Kunst (Boynton Beach, Fl USA) This book has so far helped me to realize things that I do and say that are toxic. My relationship is better already.
Why Can't You Read My Mind... January 19, 2010 Sonya Blair 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Excellent read in the relations between men and women. It was very eye opening and made me realize some deestructive patterns I've been in durning past relationships. I would suggest this one to anyone, whether you are in a relationship, married, single, whatever. There is much good info in this one. I also suggest Women Are Crazy, Men Are Stupid: The Simple Truth to a Complicated Relationship.
Good for everyone June 29, 2009 ELSG (Japan) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
How simply written and oddly correct. I don't find that everything applies in my relationship but it's been really helpful. Definitely a good tool for anyone in or desiring to be in a relationship. I think it can also be helpful in helping couples find a common starting ground in trying to renew their relationship. I personally like the writing style, humor involved and simplicity of the authors message. I like to read but I can't stand technical jargon and this book has none which makes it great for everyone.
excellent into on the power of thoughts May 16, 2009 Donna Matthews 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
This book provided excellent information on the power of thoughts and how thoughts play a role in male/female relationships. I like the way that it was laid out in a "step-by-step" way, which was easy to understand. It explained why thing "go wrong" for most people and gave simple solutions on how to turn things around. I found it to be a quick and easy read and continue to use it as a reference point.
