Entertaining Toy July 31, 2010 Erin (Ann Arbor, MI USA) I like this toy very much. My nearly six month old daughter can easily press the music buttons and make it go. The colorful flashing light display when the songs are playing is great! I also like the fact that the sound quality for a toy is pretty good and the music it plays are favorite classical pieces. The songs also last longer than 5 seconds, which is nice. The only reason I didn't give it a full five stars is the fact that when it's laying flat on the floor (display-side up), the music is muffled because the speaker is on the back of it. So it has to be hanging somewhere or your baby has to hold onto it. Overall though, this is a great toy. I took it to a mom-and-baby group recently and all of the older babies were fighting over it. It was the most popular toy there!
Baby loves it! July 29, 2010 camino-gil (Baltimore, MD) This is one of the first toys our baby really interacted with. He loves hearing the songs and watching the lights blink in rhythm with the music! We're just now teaching him to press the buttons himself. I highly recommend it!
Good little toy July 26, 2010 Zachary Suerdieck Good, simple toy. It makes a little music, and my daughter likes it pretty well.
Baby Crack July 24, 2010 Shannon Letellier I know it may be an inappropriate thing to call the toy, but we gave the toy the nickname "baby crack" because of how quickly it calms and entrances our son. A must have!
My sons really loves this! July 19, 2010 Margarita We saw this in another mother's hands while waiting for a Dr's appt as she gave it to her 7 month old and she recommended it highly. Thought it would be interesting and picked one up and my son really liked it and still likes it! He's finally big enough to "groove" to music and loves pushing the big colorful button. I think we've had this for five months now, replaced the batteries once, and it's still kicking along after all the hard falls on concrete and asphalt and light washings in the sink! (He generally likes to toss stuff out of his carseat when he's being put in and out of the car and this was one of the few things to keep him in his high chair and got baby food smeared on it repeatedly!) We have a HUGE one from another baby einstein product, too. The take along plays truncated songs, while the huge one plays pretty long ones. It's just long enough to keep my son happy and not so long to drive me nutty!
